科研成果:
近5年侧重于抑郁症、焦虑症、创伤后应激障碍等情绪障碍疾病研究。课题组主要应用分子生物学、组织与细胞形态学、神经化学与药理学、基因干预与行为学等多学科交叉策略研究核受体、脑源性生长因子信号及外周/中枢免疫炎症反应与抑郁症、焦虑症、创伤后应激障碍等情绪障碍疾病的关系,着力探讨预防和治疗情绪障碍疾病的潜在药物和特异性生物学靶标。
近5年工作受到国家自然科学基金委员会、江苏省科技厅和南通市科技局各类基金项目支持,包括1项国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、3项国家自然科学基金面上项目、1项江苏省六大人才高峰计划项目、1项江苏省自然科学基金面上项目、2项南通市科技计划项目支持,参与抑郁症相关973课题研究,取得了一系列具有显著科学价值和创新意义的成果,其中有关小胶质细胞功能/形态可塑性调控及大脑CREB信号功能失调与抑郁症关系的研究为推动抑郁症神经炎症假说和营养因子失衡假说的发展,及以此为基础的抑郁症新型病理生理学机制和治疗药物的研究奠定了扎实的基础。
在Brain Behavior Immun、Glia、Neurobiol Dis、Neuropharmacology、Pharmacol Res、Int J Neuropsychopharmacol、Prog Neuropsychopharmacol Biol Psychiatry、Psychopharmacology (Berl)、J Neuroinflammation、British J Pharmacology、FEBS Lett、Neuroscience等期刊发表专业学术论文50余篇,其中中科院JCR分区1区论文5篇,2区论文13篇,论文累积被引800余次。
